Welcome to the NookHome website, operated by NookHome Goods LLC. By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting an order, or using a feature, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and the Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund Policies posted on the website and incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1 Eligibility
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction or use the website under the supervision and with the agreement of a parent or legal guardian. You represent that information you provide is true, accurate, and complete and that you will update it when necessary.
2 Account Security
If accounts are available, you are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, a security risk, or a breach of these Terms, without excluding rights you have under law.
3 Product Information
We work to display accurate descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, availability, prices, and images. Device displays, lighting, production batches, and natural bamboo or wood grain may cause reasonable variation. Review the product page for measurements, weight limits, installation, care, and safety information before purchase.
Product photographs illustrate the offered item. Unless the product page says otherwise, decorations or other objects shown in a staged scene are not included. We may correct an obvious text, image, or pricing error. If an error affects a submitted order, we will notify you before taking adverse action and, where applicable, allow cancellation for a full refund.
4 Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt and is not final acceptance. We accept an order when we send a shipping confirmation or physically ship it.
We may decline or cancel for a reasonable reason, including unavailable inventory, an obvious pricing or description error, unauthorized payment, suspected fraud, violation of a purchase limit, or an unsupported delivery address. If we cancel after collecting payment, we refund the original payment method.
A customer cancellation can only be attempted before packing or shipment. See the Shipping and Return and Refund Policies for details.
5 Prices, Payment, and Tax
Unless stated otherwise, website prices are in U.S. dollars. You agree to pay the product price, shipping, sales tax, and any other charge clearly disclosed and accepted at checkout. We may change pricing for future orders but will not retroactively increase the merchandise price of an accepted order after purchase.
Payment is processed using the methods and providers shown at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the submitted payment method and authorize collection of the order total. Available methods are those displayed at checkout.
6 Offers, Discounts, and Promotions
A coupon or promotion is subject to its published eligibility dates, products, order threshold, location, usage limit, and other restrictions. Unless expressly allowed, offers cannot be combined, redeemed for cash, resold, or applied retroactively. We may cancel a benefit obtained through obvious error, fraud, abuse, or breach of promotional terms, subject to applicable law.
The terms of an occasional free-shipping promotion are stated in the offer and at checkout. Review the final order total and shipping charge before purchase.
7 Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Service areas, shipping charges, handling, delivery estimates, risk, cancellation, and address responsibility are governed by the Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, procedure, fees, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Those policies are part of these Terms.
8 Product Use and Safety
Assemble, install, use, maintain, and store products according to the included instructions and all weight, anchoring, tip-over, moisture, and age warnings. Certain small furniture or shelving may need attachment to a wall or stable surface. Incorrect assembly, overloading, use in an unsuitable environment, or unauthorized modification may cause injury or property damage.
If parts are missing, an item is damaged, or instructions are unclear, stop assembly before use and contact us. Nothing here excludes liability imposed by product-liability or other applicable law.
9 Acceptable Use
You may use the website only for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not:
Violate law or another person’s rights;
Submit false identity, payment, address, or order information;
Commit fraud, chargeback abuse, return abuse, or unauthorized commercial resale;
Upload malicious code or interfere with website security, performance, or normal operation;
Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or extract website content in bulk without permission;
Impersonate someone or use the site to harass, deceive, or harm another person; or
Circumvent an access, purchase-quantity, geographic, or security restriction.
10 Intellectual Property
The website and its text, arrangement, graphics, trademarks, logos, product images, video, and software are owned by NookHome, its licensors, or the applicable rights holder and protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, or commercially exploit them except as permitted by law or written authorization.
The NookHome name, logos, and brand elements may not be used to imply an unauthorized affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
11 Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, or other content, you retain your applicable ownership rights but grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display it to operate, present, promote, and improve NookHome, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it is truthful, lawful, noninfringing, and free of malicious code. We may review, reject, or remove content reasonably suspected to be fake, unlawful, infringing, harassing, to reveal sensitive personal information, or to be unrelated to the product. We do not prohibit or penalize a consumer merely for expressing an honest negative opinion.
12 Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party payment, logistics, social-media, or other services. Independent services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not indicate endorsement of all third-party content. We are responsible for independently controlled third-party services only to the extent required by law.
13 Site Availability and Changes
We work to keep the website secure and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every device. We may perform maintenance, update features, or discontinue content. Established orders and statutory consumer rights are not cancelled merely because of a website change.
14 Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND WEBSITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” EXCEPT FOR A WARRANTY EXPRESSLY STATED ON A PRODUCT PAGE, A SEPARATE WRITTEN COMMITMENT FROM US, OR A WARRANTY REQUIRED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Some states do not allow exclusion of certain implied warranties, so an exclusion may not apply to you. These Terms do not affect any statutory warranty or consumer right that cannot be waived.
15 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NOOKHOME GOODS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS ARISING FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE. FOR DIRECT LIABILITY RELATED TO A PURCHASE THAT MAY LAWFULLY BE LIMITED, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, product liability that cannot be limited, or another liability that law prohibits us from limiting. Certain jurisdictions do not permit particular limitations, so the relevant limitation may not apply to you.
16 Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify NookHome Goods LLC for reasonable losses and costs arising from a third-party claim caused by your intentional unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms. This section does not require a consumer to indemnify us for loss caused by our own unlawful conduct, negligence, or a product defect.
17 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Washington State law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections in your state of residence.
Before filing a dispute, please contact [email protected] so we can attempt a good-faith resolution. An unresolved dispute may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in King County, Washington, except where applicable law permits you to bring a consumer claim elsewhere. An eligible claim may also be filed in small-claims court. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive a class action or other right provided by applicable law.
18 Events Beyond Reasonable Control
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control, including natural disaster, severe weather, fire, war, government action, labor disruption, public-health event, network or power outage, or widespread carrier disruption. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and provide an applicable remedy where performance becomes impracticable.
19 Severability, No Waiver, and Assignment
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be adjusted or severed only to the minimum necessary extent and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in a merger, reorganization, asset sale, or legally permitted business transfer, but an assignment will not reduce consumer rights under an established order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date and provide more prominent notice when required by law. A change does not apply retroactively to an established transaction unless legally permitted and appropriately notified or consented to.
21 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and order conditions clearly displayed and accepted at checkout, form the entire agreement between you and NookHome Goods LLC concerning the website and a purchase.
