By browsing our site, registering an account, placing an order or using any site features, you accept these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy published on the website, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using this website.

1. Eligibility

You must have reached the legal age to enter into a binding contract in your region. If you have not reached legal age, you may only use this website under the supervision and approval of a parent or legal guardian. You warrant that all information you submit is truthful, accurate and complete, and you agree to update your information promptly whenever changes occur.

If account registration is available on our site, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. All activities carried out under your account are your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your account if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, security threats or violation of these Terms, without limiting your statutory rights.

We strive to ensure product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, stock availability and pricing, together with product photos, are accurate. However, screen display differences, lighting conditions, production batches and natural grain variations on bamboo or wooden items may lead to minor, reasonable discrepancies. Please check the product page thoroughly for size specs, weight limits, assembly guidelines and safety notes before checkout. Product images show the item for sale only. Unless explicitly stated on the product page, decorative props and extra items shown in staged photos are not included in your purchase. We retain the right to correct obvious typographical, image or pricing errors. If an error impacts your submitted order, we will contact you before taking any adverse action, and where applicable, allow you to cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders, Acceptance and Cancellation

Submitting an order constitutes your offer to purchase goods. An automated order confirmation email merely acknowledges receipt of your order and does not confirm our acceptance of the purchase contract. Your order is officially accepted once we send shipping confirmation or dispatch your package. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for valid reasons, such as out-of-stock inventory, obvious pricing or description mistakes, unauthorized payment methods, suspected fraud, exceeded purchase limits or undeliverable shipping addresses. If we cancel your order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund back to your original payment method. Customers may request order cancellation only before goods are packed or shipped. 5. Pricing, Payment and Tax

Unless otherwise noted, all prices displayed on the website are denominated in US Dollars. You agree to cover product cost, shipping fees, sales tax and any other charges clearly shown and confirmed at checkout. We may adjust pricing for future orders, but price adjustments will not apply retroactively to orders we have already accepted. Payments are processed through the payment providers and methods displayed at checkout. You confirm that you have authorization to use the payment method you submit, and authorize us to charge the full order amount. Available payment options are those presented on the checkout page.

6. Offers, Discounts and Promotions

Coupons and promotional offers are subject to stated restrictions including valid dates, eligible products, minimum order value, delivery regions and usage caps. Promotions cannot be stacked unless explicitly permitted, cannot be exchanged for cash, resold or applied to past purchases. We may revoke promotional benefits obtained via obvious errors, fraud, abuse or breach of promotion rules, subject to applicable laws. 7. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

You must assemble, install, use, maintain and store products following the included instructions, and comply with all warnings related to weight capacity, wall anchoring, tip-over hazards, moisture resistance and age recommendations. Certain small furniture or shelving units may require securing to walls or stable surfaces. Improper assembly, overloading, use in unsuitable environments or unauthorized modifications may result in personal injury or property damage. If you receive items with missing parts, damaged goods or unclear instructions, stop assembly immediately and reach out to our support team. Nothing within these Terms can waive statutory product liability or other mandatory legal obligations.

9. Acceptable Use

You may use this website solely for lawful personal shopping and information reference. You are prohibited from:

• Violating any laws or third-party rights;
• Submitting fake identity, payment, address or order information;
• Committing fraud, abusing chargebacks or return policies, or unauthorized commercial resale;

When you submit reviews, photos or other content, you retain ownership rights to your content, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display your content to operate, showcase, promote and improve NookHome, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. You confirm you hold all rights to submit such content, and that the content is truthful, legal, non-infringing and free of malicious code. We reserve the right to review, reject or remove content we reasonably believe to be fake, unlawful, infringing, harassing, exposing private personal data, or unrelated to the purchased product. We will not penalize consumers simply for posting genuine negative feedback.

This clause does not require consumers to compensate us for losses stemming from our own unlawful acts, negligence or product defects.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, excluding conflict of law rules. This choice of law will not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections offered by your state of residence. Unresolved disputes may be brought before competent courts located in King County, Washington, unless local consumer law allows you to file claims elsewhere. 18. Force Majeure

Within legal limits, we shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
